CHALLENGE

This managed Wordpress hosting company provides customers with robust, cutting-edge features with little to no maintenance required. One such feature, GeoIP, allows site owners to serve unique content based on the visitor’s location. For this project, the host needed to sell this feature to a wide range of customers, from home bakers and bloggers to international marketing consultants and global firms.

SECRET INGREDIENT

I partnered with a copywriter to write clear, unambiguous examples illustrating how GeoIP creates dynamic, personalized experiences. I created distinct narratives and use cases to highlight how the technology could be used in a variety of industries.

While I did not write the copy for this project directly, I designed the positioning, the messaging platform, and the use cases for this technology. By partnering with a marketing copywriter while wearing my product strategy hat, we created an eye-catching piece of collateral that succinctly and enticingly described the benefits of the new feature.
