The client is a well-known and established global brand, but its human capital management product needed revitalization. The client wanted to redefine their voice and image as relatable, human, and inspired. To capture market share and re-establish thought leadership, the client requested a marquee asset to demonstrate their bold new direction.

SECRET INGREDIENT

I created a distinctive, story-driven asset for their demand generation marketing. I gave them a point of view, a narrative to weave their talking points together, and a fresh perspective on HR analytics.

By using the Oakland Athletics’ story made famous by the book and movie Moneyball, I made analytics compelling. By drawing parallels between how analytics changed the game of baseball and the opportunity for HR to make a similar change, HR analytics came alive as an engaging and worthwhile topic.
