This career coaching and resume writing company needed to increase their awareness and drive new customers to their website. However, many customers coming from third-party sites dropped off at the homepage. The client needed a way to capture these leads and nurture them until they were ready to buy.

SECRET INGREDIENT

I created a high-value, lead generation ebook to incent customers to sign up for the newsletter. I created a weekly email campaign to keep the brand top of mind and keep the conversation and momentum flowing. Then we established thought leadership through regular blog updates to create conversations and build trust.

The client didn’t have any fresh content on the website. Everything was evergreen and rarely updated, which was killing their SEO. Additionally, customers had a hard time understanding the offering; many people thought the website itself was a job site! I rewrote the homepage to be clear and focused. I added weekly blog posts to establish a strong brand voice and subject matter authority, making new customers comfortable paying for services.
